New (to me) clients are required to pay a deposit of $100 to secure booking. Repeat clients do not have to pay a deposit, but can if they wish. Clients who do not pay a deposit and do not send cancellation fee when asked will be fired and blacklisted.

Cancellations

If you cancel: I keep your deposit.
If I cancel: your deposit can either be returned or put toward a rescheduled appointment or other service.
If a repeat client, who did not pay deposit, cancels: you must pay a 50% cancellation fee and pay a deposit the next time you book.
