Cancellations

Canceling is always allowed

However if you cancel less than an hour before the appointment a tip would be greatly appreciated for my time.

Deposits will be kept for cancelations.

Ghosting, no showing the first time will mean you are required to pay an additional fee that increases every time you NCNS, after three strikes you will be blocked.

Update: My gas powered car (I currently am driving an old EV) will be running again here in the coming weeks. So outcall rates will lower slightly and deposits will be lowered to 10%. However, there will be an inclement weather policy introduced for winter because the gas car can't handle snow. But this won't be implemented until the snow season starts and will only be active when there's forecasted snow.
