Deposits

30% deposit required for any bookings 3+ days in advance, beyond a 30 minute drive for me in one direction, or just for anyone that seems risky in general. If you have cancelled on me last moment, or you have wasted my time going back & forth only to not schedule, scheduled a booking then ghosted/didn’t show, or are not willing to provide some type of verification (such as a photo of yourself) be prepared to provide a deposit up front via CA or be denied a booking. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel last moment but may be applied to future appointment if canceled within a reasonable amount of time in respect to scheduled date.

Cancellations

Any appointments made 3+ days in advance may require a 30% deposit via CA on the day of discussion/booking. Any appointments that require me to drive 30 mins or more to get to you will require a 30% deposit in advance. If you cancel on me last moment (including within 12 hours of our scheduled booking) and no deposit was sent, be prepared to send a 50% cancellation fee or get blocked/blacklisted. Unblock fee is $100.
