Cancellations

Cancellation Policy:

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and appointments may need to be canceled or rescheduled. However, I also value my time and commitment to omy clients. Therefore, I have established the following cancellation policy:

For in-call and out-call appointments, I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to the scheduled appointment. If the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the client will be charged 10% of the total appointment fee.

For Touring appointments, I require a minimum of 3 days' notice for any cancellations or changes to the scheduled appointment. If the appointment is canceled within 3 days of the scheduled date, the client will be charged 10% of the total appointment fee.

I understand that emergencies may arise, However, I ask that clients respect my time and provide as much notice as possible for any cancellations or changes to their scheduled appointments.
