Screening is absolutely mandatory.
I accept employment verification via an email from your work account if you have no references at the time of your email. Please include company name, position, company website, etc. I accept LinkedIn as well, feel free to include a link of your LinkedIn profile.
References are accepted. Please include the first and last name and website of the providers you’ve seen in the last 6 months. You can only use me as a reference if you’ve seen me within the past 6 months. Over a year, you may not use me as a reference.
I require a legal ID as well, to make sure you’re the person you say you are. All screening information is promptly deleted after it’s gone through verification. Screening this way is for my safety, thank you in advance for your time and cooperation.

Deposits

I require a deposit of 50% on all dates. Deposits are non refundable, and required to confirm our date. Deposits can be sent via electronic gift card from one of the following: Visa Gift Card from vanillagift.com, Target, or Uber to [email protected]. I also accept cash secured in a book or card, and overnighted to my private mail address.
Deposits serve to ensure booking on the agreed upon time and date of your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and non transferable as it covers the costs associated with our specific date.
By paying a deposit you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Cancellations

Life happens! Should you need to cancel your appointment, the deposit will serve as the cancellation fee and you will be required to pay another deposit before booking again.

There is a 25% fee for cancelling within a week.

Cancelling within 48 hours of meeting requires a 50% fee.

If you cancel within 24 hours or miss our date, 100% of my fee is required.

Cancellation fees are owed on top of a new deposit in order to see me again.

I understand schedules can change and life happens. At my discretion, I may roll over your deposit to another time when you can reschedule. In the very rare event I need to cancel, your deposit will be returned.
