How to Contact

Choose your screening option:

Personal Identification: driver’s license, military, passport, etc. It needs to be unaltered and show your full legal name, date of birth, and photo. This is my preferred method of screening.
Work Verification: this will include a screenshot of you logged into your LinkedIn profile alongside the link to it, a link to your company website (all of this can be put under the ’date description’) as well as an email from your personal work email. I can provide a discrete email for this purpose on your request.
I do accept provider references. I will still request the screening above at my discretion, and these references must be as followed: two references from independent providers with their full permission to contact them before listing them as a reference. Please list your references perferred method of contact under ‘date description’.

Once form has been received and all screening has been cleared, a followup email/text attached with reference number (XXXXXX- ABC-XXXX) and payment method will be sent. Please attach this reference number, and ONLY this to payment notes section.

I will choose all InCall lodging but I only ask for you to provide transportation when in the tristate area of the DMV, but OutCall in the tristate I will once again choose the lodging, but I will provide for lodging but you’ll provide transportation.

Touring

Deposits

For all dates, a non-refundable 50% deposit of donation will be required before ALL meeting. Deposits are only refundable if I must cancel our date for any unforeseen (and very unlikely) circumstance. Once again, please include cost of lodging and flying when selecting OVERNIGHT or one of the FMTY options in your deposit.

Cancellations

I ask for a timely 24 hours advanced notice, and the deposit paid will be valid for a reschedule within 90 days (3 months) of our original date.

For all FMTY, please provide at least three days before flight time notice. Deposits paid will be valid for a reschedule within 120 (4 months) of our original date.

On the rare occasion that I must cancel our date, the deposit will be refunded fully within 24 hours.
