Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted before 24 hours of your booking, and you’ll get half your deposit back.
You can reschedule twice before you lose your deposit, and will be required to put down a new one to book again.
Cancellations within 23 hours of your appointment will result in no refund of deposit and you’ll require a new deposit to book.
