Interests

I am a complete and utter nerd when it comes to personal transformation, psychology and kink. When I’m not with clients you can find me combing through psychology journals and listening to audiobooks about our inner workings. Favorite books of mine include Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk, Mating in Captivity by Esther Perel and Existential Kink by Carolyn Elliott.

One day I am going to publish my own book on using kink as an intentional therapeutic modality. I could talk your ear off about this for a very long time.

I also am deeply passionate about yogic relational work (John Wineland) and all things Tantra.

And dance. Dance is one of the most important ways I ground myself. If you haven’t danced in a while, I highly recommend putting on your favorite tune, closing your eyes, and moving. It cures most things.
