- **Rescheduling**: If you wish to reschedule our appointment, you may do so with at least 24 hours' notice. Your initial deposit can be applied to a new appointment within 30 days of the original date.

- **Provider Cancellation**: In the rare event that I must cancel our appointment, I will inform you as soon as possible and issue a full refund of your deposit.
