More than one last minute cancelations may result in an indefinite suspension of services. Last minute (< 24 hour notice) cancelations will result in an additional $75 cancelation fee to book a new appointment so that I know you're serious about seeing me still.

Please note that 15 minutes or more late to an appointment without an hour heads up will result in a $50 late fee.
