Deposits

Local bookings do not require deposits.

Deposits are required for FMTY and for Outcall where my travel time is more than 1.5 hours.

Deposits are at least 25% are paid upfront and will come out of my total rate. Deposits are non-refundable in the case that you cancel. Deposit will be held for 3 months and go towards your next booking.
The only exception will be in the case of FMTY, where deposit goes towards travel and board. I will state additional deposit terms during booking.

If I am the canceling party, I will be happy to refund the entire deposit (for FMTY where a flight is booked refunds are the same as the airlines policy).

Cancellations

If you cancel more than once I will start asking for a deposit in order to schedule you.
