Deposits

A deposit equal to the cost of the hotel room is required. A lot of guys flake and that's life but I can't afford to be renting hotel rooms and then not using them. Cancellations

If you have to cancel and you cancel in time for me to avoid being charged for the hotel your deposit may be refunded. Anything after that and your deposit is forfeit to cover that cost. Any cancellations inside of 2 hrs are considered a no-show. There is no fee for that, beyond your deposit, but if you do it twice I will label you as a flake and stop taking your future booking requests. Let's respect each other's time equally.
