DEPOSITS:

Deposits are NOT refundable. Deposits are held and are taken off the price of your booking total.

Deposits are charged at $200 per hour booked for example, a 1hr booking will have a deposit of $200, 2hr booking will have a deposit of $400, 4hr booking/Dinner Date booking will have a deposit of $800 and an Overnight booking will have a deposit of $2500.

 

*No Deposits = No confirmed Bookings = Cancelled Tours.

 

*If you need to rearrange your booking, please provide 7 days' notice prior to me visiting your town and your deposit may be credited to a rescheduled time during the same tour. If less than 7 days' notice is provided, your deposit will be forfeited. If you would like to make a new booking, a deposit and the full booking fee will be charged for your rearranged time.

 

*However, if I cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, government ruling for example state lockdowns / border closures or for personal reasons then you will be contacted as soon as possible and I will provide you with 2 options; Option 1, you can have your deposit put on hold for a future tour/date or Option 2, I can provide a full refund of your deposit within 3-5 business days.
