Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of minimum 20% is required to confirm all bookings in Toronto/GTA. When requesting for me to travel, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be collected in order to confirm the appointment. 

Cancellations

All bookings are subject to a 20% fee when cancelling or rescheduling less than 48 hours before the time of our original scheduled meeting. Deposits will be credited (one time) only if our date has successfully been rescheduled with more than 48 hours notice, otherwise a 20% cancellation fee will incur. This cancellation fee will have to be collected in order to arrange another meeting.
