Deposits

Deposit is 25% of total booking cost, paid at time of booking via CashApp, and is nonrefundable. Deposit is deducted from total cost of booking, the remainder of which is due at the start of the booking appointment in cash (large bills please). In the rare event that I need to cancel the booking (emergency, change of tour itinerary, etc), you may receive your deposit in full for the inconvenience, or deposit may be applied to a new booking if rescheduled.

Cancellations

Any cancellation on the client's end will result in forfeiture of deposit in full. Should the client wish to reschedule and it is 24 hours or more before the date and time of the booking appointment, the deposit may be applied to the new booking. In the rare event that I need to cancel the booking (emergency, change of tour itinerary, etc), you may receive your deposit in full for the inconvenience, or deposit may be applied to a new booking if rescheduled.
