Cancellations

Cancelling at last minute (within 12 hrs of pre-booked sessions or within 3 hrs of same day bookings) forfeits 100% of your deposit.

Cancellations made in advance (more than 12 hours of your pre-booked session or more than 3 hrs of same day bookings) allow you to have a portion of your deposit refunded (60%)

IF you decide to reschedule with me for another date, your deposit will be made towards the rescheduled booking date. Your deposit will not be refunded.

If I am the one to cancel 100% of your deposit will refunded or can be used towards booking a rescheduled date.
