Deposits

Any out-call appointments require a deposit of half of the session rate at the latest of 24 hours in advance (but at the time of scheduling is preferred).

If you need to cancel, you have 48 hours from the cancellation notice to reschedule a date or cancel the service permanently.

If you choose to cancel an out-call session with 12 or more hours notice, you will get the full deposit returned to you.

If you choose to cancel an out-call session within 6 hours of the appointment time, I will keep 50% of the deposit and return the remaining 50% of the deposit to you.

If you choose to cancel an out-call session within 3 hours of the appointment time, I will keep the entire deposit for time wasted.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel an in-call session, I ask that you give me as much of a heads up as possible. I take a lot of time to get ready and provide the best possible experience for all of my guests.

If you choose to cancel an in-call session within 6 hours of the appointment time you will be asked to reschedule for an appointment within 7 days of the cancellation.

If you cannot schedule within 7 days of the cancellation, that is fine but it is preferred.

If you reschedule multiple times and cancel multiple times, you will be required to pay the full donation amount for a full session 24 hours prior to any appointments you may choose to schedule after 2 cancellations.

If you make an appointment and no-call no-show you will be automatically required to pay a full donation 24 hours ahead of any appointments moving forward.
