Deposits

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve appointments and are nonrefundable. Deposits can be made via e-transfer or PayPal.

The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the time of the appointment.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the time booked.

If you are able to reschedule the appointment rather than cancelling, this fee will be applied towards our newly scheduled date. In the rare event that I need to cancel the appointment, I will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full deposit refund.
