*Running late? Something come up at work? Need to reschedule? 100% of Donation is required before a time adjustment will be made. I allow a 15min grace period as long as you communicate with me that you will be late. That 15mins will not come out of our time, however, If you are over 15mins late you will be asked to reschedule. I allow 90 days for a reschedule. All prebooked appointments need to be confirmed 48hrs before for tour dates and 24hrs for local dates prior to start time. If you miss this confirmation your appointment will be canceled, No exceptions will be made and deposit will not be refunded if you don't confirm.
