Cancellations

I do understand life happens and, occasionally, cancellations are inevitable. In the case of an unexpected cancellation, I will refund your deposit if a cancellation takes place more then 72 hours before scheduled appointment time. However, if a scheduled appointment is cancelled within 72 hours of appointment, you will forfeit your deposit as it will go towards any lost income I incurred due to the cancellation.
