Cancellations

Cancelation is understandable as life can be unpredictable, tragedies can strike, inconveniences occur. .

If you cancel our booking BEFORE 3 days of our date, you may receive a full refund or use the deposit to reschedule at a later date.

If you cancel within 3 days of our booking, you forfeit your deposit for this date. (You may receive it back if you cancel within 4 hrs of prebooking).

If you cancel in LESS than 24 hours of our scheduled date, you forfeit your deposit and there is a $100 cancelation fee before you may book again.

If you ghost or cancel on our booking time, you must pay cancelation 50% remaining date fee you missed during our prior booking AND pay for your new booking at 100% total prior to our date (prebooking) if you wish to reschedule. This instills trust!
