Cancellations

Outcall cancellations:
• The outcall transportation fee is fully refundable only if no transportation costs have been incurred, meaning that transportation is not yet scheduled nor underway.

• If transportation has been scheduled/hired, but is not underway, then the lesser of half the transportation fee, or the remaining funds after actual costs are paid, will be refunded.

• The outcall fee is non-refundable once transportation is underway, as that is an upfront cost for me as well.
