Deposits can be paid via direct cash deposit to my bank account via a Bank SA, St. George or Bank of Melbourne smart A.T.M.

Alternatively you can make payment via bank transfer or via the phone app Beem (money must clear in my bank account BEFORE I will proceed with the booking).

*PAYMENT*

The balance of booking fee is payable upon arrival to your booking and can only be paid with cash or via the phone app Beem.

Bank transfer is NOT available for payment of booking fee, only for initial deposit.

 *CANCELLATION POLICY*

If you cannot make your booking you may reschedule for another time within 4 weeks of the initial booking, as long as a minimum of 48 hours notice is given. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice the deposit is forfeited.

You may only cancel and reschedule your booking ONCE. If you cancel and reschedule more than once then the initial deposit is forfeited and you will need to pay a new deposit.

In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend a booking you will be given a full refund of your deposit amount if we cannot reschedule for another time.
