Setup: No sukebe chair (not really a loss for me), there is an air mattress, and the gel is slippery and does the job but not as viscous as those seen in AVs. You shower alone as she prepares the gel from scratch. Color me surprised as I thought it would be from a bottle. I was definitely amused when she came in with what looked to be a rice cooker bowl filled to about a fifth of the volume with gel. The air mattress sits atop the bed which is tightly covered with blue tarp. At first, I though it looked dangerous thinking you can slip off and really hurt yourself. I later learned that with the reduced friction getting OUT and OFF is the dangerous part. So keep that in mind if you plan on doing a nuru session.

Nuru: Air mattress was cold when you first get on so it was a bit uncomfortable but that easily dissipates as you slather warm gel around and rely on each other's body warmth to warm up.
