OUTCALLS:

Please note: Outcalls incur an additional charge of $50.00 per 30mins of travel. Example: If you are located 30mins away you will be charged $100.00 on top of your booking fee, if you are located 60mins away you will be charged $200.00 on top of your booking fee.

 

DEPOSITS:

Non-refundable deposit required for bookings

 

Deposits are NOT refundable. Deposits are held and are taken off the price of your booking total.

 

Deposits are charged at $100 per hour booked for example, a 1hr booking will have a deposit of $100, 2hr booking will have a deposit of $200, 4hr booking booking will have a deposit of $400.

 

* No Deposits = No confirmed Bookings

 

* If you need to rearrange your booking, please provide 7 days' notice prior to me visiting your town and your deposit may be credited to a rescheduled time during the same tour. If less than 7 days' notice is provided, your deposit will be forfeited. If you would like to make a new booking, a deposit and the full booking fee will be charged for your rearranged time.

 

* However, if I cancel a date due to unforeseen circumstances, government ruling for example state lockdowns / border closures or for personal reasons then you will be contacted as soon as possible and I will provide you with 2 options; Option 1, you can have your deposit put on hold for a future date or Option 2, I can provide a full refund of your deposit within 3-5 business days.

 

* Clients that frequently cancel last minute will be required to pay 50% of their booking cost as the deposit.
