Deposits

When you book an appointment with me, you will be asked by my booker to send a non-refundable deposit that is approximately 20% of the total cost (ie. $100 for a 1 hour Toronto airport location date that is $450 total) transferred via e-transfer to my email ([email protected]) to confirm your spot. Amazon gift cards sent via email are also an acceptable payment method but e-transfer is much preferred <3. Deposits help to prevent no-shows and last minute cancellations.

Cancellations

If you cancel at least 48 hours before you scheduled date with me, your deposit will be forwarded to a future date. If you cancel less than 48 hours before our date then the deposit will not be forwarded and you will be required to pay a 50% cancellation fee. For longer dates (2 hours or more), the same rules will apply but for a 72 hour window instead of 48 hours. This means that if you cancel less than 72 hours before a 2+ hour date with me, you will be required to pay a 50% cancellation fee.
