Cancellations
Cancelation must be done one day before to get a refund of the down deposit. Anything later and you get no refund under any circumstances.
1 cancel= Verbal warning about no longer being a potential client
2 cancels= Second warning, deposit is now 100% of the price and non-refundable under any circumstances.
3 cancels= No longer a client, blacklisted, and blocked
