25% deposit requested on all bookings 50% deposit required for overnights.

Note: For “overnight” bookings all costs for travel, meals and entertainment during the overnight are your responsibility in addition to the base cost of the visit. (Not to exceed $500, also note this does not include gratuity which is additional @your discretion).
