Cancellations

If I Cancel
If I am unable to accommodate your booking due to unforeseen circumstances and we cannot reschedule, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or payment.
If You Cancel
If you cancel an appointment for any reason, deposits are non-refundable.
With proper notice, you may reschedule your appointment one time without penalty.
If you have already rescheduled once and wish to reschedule again, an additional deposit will be required to secure the new time.
