Touring

Deposits

A nonrefundable deposit in the amount of 25% will be required to hold appointments for tour dates, all appointments with first-time clients, and appointments for which I will be traveling at your request. I have several payment options and do consider discretion and privacy (both mine and yours); further details can be discussed after screening.

All same-day appointments require a nonrefundable deposit of 50%. Please note that I can rarely accommodate same day appointment requests.

Deposits in the amount of 100% are occasionally required at my discretion, and are always accepted if you prefer to pay in advance.

A 50% refund of the deposit amount will be issued for cancellations made with 24 hours notice or less; no refund will be issued for "no shows".

Cancellations

Sometimes life gets in the way of our plans. I totally understand. Please give me as much advance notice as you are able to. If an appointment can be rescheduled instead of cancelled, no additional deposit is usually required.

If you are sick or not feeling well, I appreciate your cancellation or rescheduling, even if it is last minute! I will extend you the same courtesy should I become ill before a date.

If you are running late, please reach out and let me know - it may be possible to adjust our appointment time so that there is no need to reschedule. If you are running just a few minutes late (5 to 10 minutes), there is no need to text while driving - just focus on arriving safely!
