If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed meeting, please provide as much notice as possible.

- For Boston cancellations 20 days or more before the scheduled date, there is no penalty.

- Cancellations made less than 20 days in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total meeting price.

- Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled meeting time will result in a non-refundable 100% cancellation charge.

However, you are able to reschedule the meeting one time at no additional cost, as long as it is done within the same tour window.

I want to be flexible to accommodate any changes while also being fair about costs I cannot recover. Please confirm you understand and agree to these policies so we can schedule our meeting. Let me know if you need any clarification.
