I give everybody one chance to make a good first impression/ impression in general. I don’t care if your a first time client or a reoccurring regular. If you cancel on me less then 24 hours before our scheduled appointment then I will make note and the next time you try scheduling I will require half of the donation as a deposit before I book another meeting with you (that goes towards the appointment total) my time is just as valuable as yours and common courtesy is very important.
