In the event that you must cancel, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation.
If you are canceling an extended date where I am flying to your city or I am creating a destination retreat deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within these guidelines will result in the deposit being applied to a future rebooking.
Cancellations made outside of these requirements will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If you're unable to notify me of your cancellation, your deposit will simply be applied toward covering the cancellation fee.
