Cancellations

You must give at least three hours notice before canceling, otherwise you will still be responsible for 50% of the fee!
No call no show will be 100% of the fee!
No more appointments will be accepted until you pay the missed appt at the regular rate!
When you book, be absolutely 100% sure about meeting. I have a 3 hour cancellation policy!

Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to me. I realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, I respectfully require that you provide at least 3 hours before appointment notice.

My Policy:

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 3 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be 50% of the booked service.

Should you arrive more than 15 mins late for your appointment, I cannot guarantee that I will provide the service. If I cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. I will try my best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.

In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee will be charged and must be paid before another appointment can be made.

I realize that emergencies occur. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I simply request that you inform me at least 3 hours in advance.

Cancellations that do not meet the above requirements will result in a 100% fee charged!
NO CALL NO SHOW 100% fee will be due! NO MORE APPOINTMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THAT IS PAID IN FULL!
