If you have booked a visit and need to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible so that I can release your reserved time for other bookings.
Clients who no-show, cancel last minute, or otherwise do not respect my time will not receive priority in future booking.
If you have made a deposit and cancel with 48 hours or more advance notice, you will be eligible to receive a refund and retain priority when you reschedule.
