All cancellations/reschedules <48h before meet will forfeit deposit and incure $300 fee, due at cancellation, all cancellations/reschedules <24h before meet will forfeit deposit and insure full cost of meet, due at cancellation. Failure to follow these requirements and future opportunities to meet will be forfeit, as well as being blacklisted. Deposit refunds for cancellations or rescheduling not offered on tour dates.

All in-person meets are subject to screening and a 25% deposit via cashapp, venmo, Amazon Gift Card or crypto transfer. Please be prepared to share some of your information. Deposit will go towards total gift amount.
